Weyinmi Eribo is a Pan-African enterprise and trade systems strategist, women’s economic empowerment expert, and ecosystem builder working at the intersection of trade, agriculture, inclusive finance, and market access. She designs practical systems that connect MSMEs, women- and youth-led enterprises to markets, capital, and cross-border trade opportunities, helping businesses move from survival to competitiveness.

Weyinmi currently serves as Head of Partnerships at the Bank of Agriculture Nigeria, where she leads strategic collaborations that mobilize finance, strengthen agribusiness value chains, and drive inclusive agricultural development at national scale. Her work focuses on building partnerships that unlock capital access, enterprise competitiveness, and sustainable growth within Nigeria’s agricultural ecosystem.

Weyinmi is the Founding Partner of Zenforte Consulting, a mission-driven advisory firm advancing inclusive trade, financial inclusion, and enterprise growth across Africa. Through her work, she has designed and activated partnership platforms that connect MSMEs, women-led businesses, youth entrepreneurs, and producer groups to markets, finance, and cross-border trade opportunities.

Weyinmi previously served as the pioneer Director-General of the Women Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (WCCIMA), where she led the chamber’s strategic vision, national advocacy, and flagship enterprise programs. Under her leadership:

  • Market access pathways expanded for women-owned businesses
